Annual membership dues and a renewal certificate are due on June 1 of each year. Attached below, please find the renewal certificate for the year 2008-2009. Please take a minute to fill in this form and either return it to the address indicated on the form with your dues for the upcoming year or bring the completed form and your annual dues to the May 31st Club meeting at You Lucky Dog.
