The Central Carolina Cavalier Club rescues and re-homes dogs as the need arises. Cavaliers needing new homes are rare. The Rescue Committee will evaluate and place dogs in carefully screened homes. The fee for adopting these dogs varies with the age and health of the dog and the investment that the Club has had to make.
If you have a dog that needs to be re-homed or know of a dog needing rescue, please contact Lynn Lake at llake1@nc.rr.com .
If you would like to be considered for a rescue Cavalier when one becomes available, you may contact Lynn for an application and an interview.
The Cavaliers that we work to place are frequently older or have health or behavioral issues. With the work of the Rescue Committee to address their problems, these dogs become loving companions and live out their lives in peace and safety in new homes.
